Sending a message through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A lesson is booked once Dean has agreed the date and time with you directly.

Lesson prices are shown on the prices page and are confirmed before your first lesson. Payment terms, including when payment is due and which methods are accepted, are agreed with Dean directly.

Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements are set out on the cancellation policy page.

You must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and be able to read a number plate at the required distance, with glasses or lenses if you need them. You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that affects your ability to drive. Lessons may be ended or rearranged if it is not safe to drive, for example in severe weather or if the car is unavailable.

Portal logins are personal to you. Keep your password private and let Dean know if you think someone else has access to your account.

The learner resources on this site are general guidance to help between lessons. Official rules and test requirements are set by GOV.UK and the DVSA, and their pages are the authoritative source.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
